The two-week-long ‘Birding and Tiger Tour’ in India package has been designed for wildlife buffs. This tour lets you explore the length and breadth of three prominent national parks in India, Ranthambore National Park (Rajasthan), Corbett National Park (Uttarakhand), and Keoladeo Ghana National Park (Rajasthan).While Keoladeo Ghana National Park is a famous bird sanctuary in North India, the rest of the two have been recognized as tiger reserves by the government of India. The journey will cover Delhi, Corbett, Agra, Bharatpur, Sawai Madhopur, and Jaipur. Meals, transfers, and stays are included for a hassle-free journey.

Day 1 Arrival in Delhi

Upon your arrival at the Delhi airport, meet the Indian Holiday representative who’ll assist you in a smooth transfer to the pre-booked hotel. Upon reaching the hotel, complete the check-in formalities and unwind. The rest of the day is at ease. You can stroll through the nearby area or shop at the local markets. Retreat to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2Delhi Sightseeing

Post a leisurely breakfast, set off for a full-day sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi. The attractions you will cover on this day include Jama Masjid and Red Fort. In addition, there will be a fun rickshaw ride in Chandni Chowk. After that, continue your city excursion and explore Lutyens Delhi.Then, visit the world-famous attractions like India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan, Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple, and Humayun’s Tomb. After the tour, get back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3 Delhi – Corbett National Park

In the morning after breakfast, get transferred to Delhi airport in time to board a flight to Udaipur. On reaching Udaipur check-in at one of our hotels. After relaxing for a while move out on an excursion to the grand City Palace located on the banks of Lake Pichola and also enjoy boat ride at the lake , subject to water level. Enjoy comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4Corbett National Park Safari

Day 4 of your Birding and Tiger tour is scheduled for an exciting morning and evening jeep/elephant safari in Corbett National Park. The safari is the best way to spot wildlife closely performing their daily errands. Spend your day by clicking on wild animals and birds in their natural habitat. Further, as the sun comes down, return to the resort for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5 Corbett National Park Safari

A single-day safari is not enough to spot wildlife enthusiasts. Therefore, day 5 is also planned for a jungle safari in the morning as well as in the evening. Enjoy a game drive at the park and encounter several species of wildlife. Post safari, the day is at ease. You can walk through the nearby area or communicate with the locals. Afterward, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 6Corbett National Park – Unchagaon

Start your day with breakfast, then complete the check out formalities and drive towards Fort Unchagaon. It is a heritage resort that displays the old zamindari lifestyle and is equipped with the best modern amenities. Once you arrive at the Fort Unchagaon, complete the check in formalities and relax. The rest of the day is at leisure. You can take a tour of the heritage resort or interact with the locals to get insights of the resort. Finally, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 7 Unchagaon – Agra

On day 7 of Birding & Tiger Tour, have your morning meal, pack your bags, complete the check-out formalities and drive towards Agra, one of the most famous cities in the world. Upon reaching Agra, complete the check-in formalities at the pre-booked hotel and rest. Later, proceed to explore Agra Fort, a prominent attraction in Agra known for its Mughal style architecture. Further, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 8Agra – Bharatpur

Arise early to witness the spectacular sunrise lending a golden glow to the magnificent Taj Mahal. Then, return to the hotel, have breakfast and complete the check-out formalities. After that, continue with your drive to the famous Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, also called Keoladeo National Park. On arrival, check into the lodge/resort, relax for some time and leave for a bird safari in the afternoon. Post safari, return to the lodge and the evening is at leisure. Further, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 9Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary

Begin day 9 of your Birdwatching and Tiger Safari tour with breakfast. Then, enjoy a birdwatching walk/boat ride in the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. You will be accompanied by a naturalist who’ll give you a better insight into the bird species in this park. A rickshaw or bicycle ride will make your bird watching experience more enjoyable. Afterward, come back to the lodge and the evening is at ease. Finally, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 10Bharatpur – Sawai Madhopur

Post an exciting birdwatching session in the morning, have breakfast, check-out, and drive to Sawai Madhopur, home to Ranthambore National Park. On arrival, head straight to the Ranthambore National Park and check in at the lodge/resort. The rest of the day is leisurely. You can stroll through the park or visit the adjacent places. Further, have dinner and stay overnight at the lodge/resort.

Day 11 Ranthambore National Park

Day 11 of Birding & Tiger Tour is booked with a jungle safari in the Ranthambore National Park. Spend the day exploring the jungle province with a morning and evening jeep safari in the park and spot the majestic tigers. The safari is a perfect way to witness the wild animals closely. After the safari session, return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 12Ranthambore National Park

Kick start your day early and get ready for another wild ride at Ranthambore National Park. You can never have enough wildlife exploration in a single day; therefore, we’ve added another day of wildlife excursion in the Ranthambore National Park. Post safari, evening is for leisure activities.Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge/resort in Ranthambore National Park.

Day 13Ranthambore – Jaipur (164 km/ 3 hrs 41 min)

After early morning breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Jaipur, also known as “Pink City”. Explore the length and breadth of Jaipur city and its attractions, including Jantar Mantar, City Palace, and Hawa Mahal. Upon reaching Jaipur, complete the check-in at the pre-booked hotel and relax. The rest of the day is at ease.Dinner and overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 14Jaipur – Delhi

In the morning, take an elephant excursion to the Amber Fort and leave by road for Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be transferred to the airport to board the flight for your onward destination or back home.
